Officiant will Travel up to 20 miles. Anything over 20 miles, add $.65 cents per additional mile
Before you make your notary appointment:
Ensure all signers and/or any required witness(es) are present.
Ensure you have a current and unexpired Government Identification, Passport, Military ID, Permanent resident ID
Ensure you have all the pages of the document(s) being signed with you, not just the signature page
Do not sign or date the document(s) prior to appointment
A Notary will review your document(s) to determine the notarization requirements.

Signer Disqualifications
If the signer doesn’t meet certain criteria, the notary may refuse to notarize the document.
The signer isn’t there in person (unless the notary is performing a remote notarization).
The signer doesn’t have a current and unexpired photo ID or otherwise can’t be properly identified.
The signer refuses to swear or affirm the contents of a document requiring an oath or affirmation.
The signer can’t or won’t pay the notary’s fee.
The notary has reason to believe the signer is confused, disoriented, coerced, or lacking the mental capacity to sign the document.
Document Disqualifications
Sometimes, a document fails to meet the requirements for a notary to perform their duties. For instance:
The document appears incomplete.
The notary suspects the document is illegal, deceptive, or false.
The signer is asking to have a vital record notarized, such as a birth certificate, death certificate, marriage license or divorce certificates.
Notaries are prohibited from performing copy certifications on vital records. Certified copies may be obtained from Arizona's Department of Vital Records
